The Pond

Our final resting spot took us back to The Pond on Gloucester Rd.

A few pints in we decided that this indeed was going to be our local from here on in - especially as they had a snakes and ladders board (can you adam it - grown men, snakes and ladders?) and there was no one else in there to take offence at our childish behaviour.

The Pond rocks (but don't go there on a Wednesday as there's a bunch of muppets there!).

Jimmy Hollingworth

On our search for a suitable boozer - Jimmy Hollingworth and Giles Frost found this wonderful piece of art - on display in a shop window - and then decided have their own "take" on art photographed.

Hare and Hounds, Preston Circus

In an attempt to get parity on the venue to domicile ratio (ie going to pubs nr each others houses!) this weeks turn was Phil Dennis - he lives on the dark side of town - so Giles Frost (pictured) suggested we go to the Hare and Hounds at Preston Circus.

A disaster - no TV and the Man Utd semi-final was on - so we walked in and out again.
